Released alongside iHome’s iStand, the iConnect is an iPhone-ready keyboard with a built-in dock that allows you to sync and charge your iPhone/iPods automatically from the peripheral.
There are different two versions of the keyboard built for Windows and Macs, and although they both contain two USB ports, the Mac’s version has extra keys that allow you to quickly access applications such as iCal, iChat, Mail, Safari and Front Row. T-Mobile Netherlands has confirmed both the RAM and processor specs for the new iPhone 3G S through its specifications page. According to the page, the iPhone 3G S sports 256MB of RAM — up from 128 in the original iPhone and iPhone 3G — as well as a faster processor running at 600MHz, compared to 412MHz in the first two iterations of the device. The second-generation iPod touch also sports a faster processor than that found in the first two generations of iPhone, running at 532MHz.

Apple today announced that its iPhone OS 3.0 will launch on June 17th, just prior to the release of the new iPhone 3G S. The upgrade will be free for all iPhone users, and will be priced at $9.95 for iPod touch users. While many of the features of iPhone OS 3.0 were previewed at Apple’s media event in March, several additional features and clarifications were mentioned during today’s Worldwide Developers Conference keynote.

Apple could be rolling out a Mac Tablet in the first half of 2010, according to widely circulated Wall Street analyst report. While Apple has publicly shot down suggestions that it would enter the mininotebook or netbook market, the existence of a multitouch tablet device could represent a potential threat to Amazon.com, which anticipates making billions from its own flat-screen Kindle mobile e-reader devices.

Orange, one of the official carriers of the iPhone in France, has announced that they have sold their millionth iPhone since it first launched in November of 2007. To celebrate, Orange is offering their customers free access to their Roland-Garros iPhone application, which lets them watch the French Open on their iPhone.

T-Mobile Austria made a mistake today with a listing for a 32 GB iPhone on their website (image above). Just more confirmation that the next generation iPhone will be available with extra memory. The T-Mobile web crew probably was preparing their system for the 32 GB option and accidentally set it for live. After the error was discovered it was quickly corrected.
