A new feature of QuickSMS - the Native delivery report

The developers of QuickSMS have added a new feature in app, it is delivery report system. A new delivery report  uses the same principle as used in standard mobile phones.

How it works:

When you type the message, you can switch on the report ( the button with image of the envelop and clock on the quick-access board) and send sms.
There is a mark with gray “clock” on the left corner of sent message while the message is not delivered. This mark is green if that message  have been delivered or red if otherwise.
You can manage the delivery sound and  alert in the settings:  QuickBoard - Settings -  QuickSMS - Delivery report.

Earlier, if you used  delivery report you had to put the special symbols at the beginning of message  every time when you wrote a message.  The  delivery report came as a separate message.  The  symbol  insert in a message for delivery report was realized in mySMS and QuickSMS automatically. However, some users are faced with the problems, because different carriers use differert symbols. Some of them do not support the delivery reports for iPhone. Sometimes such reports do not come regularly.

Now, with the new “Native” mode in QuickSMS you do not have any problem with delivery reports. So the delivery system has became  more useful and mobile.

If you have not QuickSMS in your iPhone yet, you could install it from Cydia repo isoftru.ru/beta. The delivery report is separately installed from section QuickBoard Addons.  During 14 days you can use  QuickSMS for free and try new delivery system. Moreover, at the trial-period you can try to use a function of QuickSMS Secure and send the encrypted messages. To switch off the delivery report you should delete this package as a common app from Cydia.

You can find more info and buy QuickSMS on the site of the company: isoftcom.com
