Beta version of QuickSMS for 3.0 in 24h

about the version quick sms 3.0
while im installatng it. im getting errors about dependcy
anyway i tried the quick sms and it works fine, the calender works also fine.
im looking forward the relase so i can buy it . good work

when installing a lockscreen theme from cydia, quickSMS 3.0 is automatically uninstalled.

1 -when installing it gives me Dependency error 2 - for all 4 apps. Quickboard,Qsms,QBirthday and QCal.
3 - after putting a password and when i re-open the app, it shows me blank quickboard screen with nothing. so i had to quit.
4 - QuickCal if more buggy than Qsms.(there are some comments already abt that)

The phone reboots when a sms comes in while you’re on the phone problem #1 problem #2 if you use the security code setup you can bypass it by going into contacts & select a contact select text message… because even though you set quick-sms as the default it defaults back to apples texting so you can then just hit cancel which therefore exposes all text messages. please fix these issues and please get the full version out please please please…!!!

why does the sound/mute bell keep popping up because since i’ve put the beta version on & i respring the springboard it pops up once the screen returns and then goes away why & please fix this, thanks

No, old version does not work on 3.0 you need to install qSMS with (3.0) mark

Everytime I try to access QuickCalendar via the lockscreen, I get the “Buy/Retrieve license” popup.

quicksms (3.0) does not play well with MCleaner 1.7.1. on the previous OS when you opened MCleaner to view your log, then responded to a messege in the log it would open quicksms now it you hit respond in the MCleaner app , it opens the Apple sms , this needs to be fixed please.

I get ALL the above errors.. and it auto uninstalls when I install certain apps from cysia.. I bought this app months ago and it’s never really worked .. I’ve requested refunds but never got one.. so I thought 3.0 would be worth a shot… looks like I’m gonna move on to bigger and better apps

I’ve used quick SMS for month and it’s marvelous. Very occasional bugs, but worth every cent. Looking forwards to getting it back on my 3.0

when open quicksms, it is locked somehow and the touch screen do not work…! i cannot even turn ti off… so i have to press home butoon and power button to hard reset the phone

this happens only if you change the hot key for quick sms to be the home button. if you enter the app from within the quickboard, it is working good.

Has anyone noticed that the ‘extended keyboard’ feature doesn’t work on the 3.0 Beta? I’ve tried enabling and disabling the feature and i still don’t have any luck. Anyone had any luck with the extended keyboard feature on the OS3.0 + QSMS 3.0?

Is MySMS Secure going to be available at 3.0 (I have payed for it)? If not, is it possible to transfer my payment to QuickSMS instead?

When trying to upgrade I get three error messages regarding hash sums. Any idea how to fix this? I love quicksms but hate not being able to use it

Well, one can easily see that it was done very quickly / badly. It shows errors as soon as you try to install it, it keeps crashing the springboard when you change parameters, it doesn’t respond to double tap hotkey… It really looks like you have spent 1h rather than 24h, without doing any tests. Very unprofessional. Btw. I bought both MySms and QuickSms and now I use the stock app

Mine is running fine except for these issues listed below:
Hot keys: Double tap on Status Bar is not working
Copy/Paste not working

When you open the contact and press for text message, it will take you to apple sms instead of quick sms and it is very unstable

After running for awhile (~30 minutes) on my 3G, my keyboard slows way down and becomes completely useless. If the keyboard doesn’t slow down it seems to ignore some key presses. The same bugs are present on my original iPhone as well. If this isn’t fixed, the app is completely unusable.

by now we should get an answer from the developers. its not nice here. we have paid for this app and its un usable. at leat give us an ETA.

it’s very frustrating that despite of everyone posting here for the follow-up on MySMS 3.0 update, yet no one from the developer seems to care to respond just to assure us when the release will be available. I wonder if they’re really working on it. I just want my money to be worth the purchase. It’s frustrating to know that MySMS was first released than QuickSMS, yet the first to be updated for 3.0 was the QuickSMS. It seems that I’ve bought MySMS for no use on 3.0 software. I hope the developers will work fast on it, if ever they do. Otherwise, I make an arrangement to transfer payments to QuickSMS, just so the money won’t go for nothing. Thanks.

MySMS 3.0 appeared as available, but it is not possible to download and install it. Errors all the time.

I’m hoping that after the very long wait of the release of MySMS 3.0 software, it is as well MMS capable. But like Vadim’s experience, errors on MySMS 3.0. Hope it will be up and running very soon.

If you uninstall the old version of MySMS, then install the new one it works! I did it and I’m in business! It’s not an update but a new app!

I have tryed to do as You’ve advised. But I was not able to install MySMS (3.0) 1.0.4 on top of old MySMS 1.0.3.
As You said new one was not able to overwright old version’s files. After all resprings I still have 1.0.3 installed.

Where has the beta repository gone?
