Apple Says iPhone Jailbreaking is Illegal - but the Electronic Frontier Foundation do not think so

By information from Electronic Frontier Foundation - Apple officialy says: iPhone jailbreaking is is illegal.

Anyway, whatever Apple said - people does not stop to jailbreak. Jailbreak is a good apps and good view. Jailbreak is convenient.

Fred von Lohmann (EFF senior staff attorney) make nice analogy with automobile industry, you buy a car and can make with it what you want to do, you can buy official vendor tires or  second hand, you can mod your car, you can do what you want. Why you can`t do this with your iPhone? Its a nonsense!

You buy this phone, and its your property,  and what Apple want if it does not make iPhone full functional device? If it allow cool apps to go in cydia people stop to jailbreak. I jailbreak because i need mySMS and Intelliscreen and Cycoder and some other cool stuff which have no hope  to go in app store.

And most of people think same way, 1 500 000 of jailbreaked iPhones!!!! This people dislike Apple policy at all, we love this device but hate when someone talk to us what we must to buy.

I buy what I want, what I like.  And I do not need permission from the apple to do with my iPhone what I want.

Do you think same way?
